Our certified organic, stone-milled matcha brings together Saemidori and Okumidori cultivars from two producers in Kagoshima and Kyoto. Made from tencha leaves shaded for over twenty-five days before harvest, this matcha has a vibrant green color, mellow aroma and velvety texture. A smooth, creamy cup with gentle sweetness and rich umami. Recommended for usucha or koicha preparation or with milk for a matcha latte.
